juez est\u00e1 de acuerdo en que la polic\u00eda no tuvo ninguna raz\u00f3n v\u00e1lida para detenerlo\u00a0 o arrestarlo, el caso puede ser desestimado.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"_Ejb\">\n<div justify;\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><strong>Manera de Conducir. <\/strong><span lang=\"es\">Si la polic\u00eda no observ\u00f3 ninguna actividad de conducir mala o irregular, esto es muy \u00fatil para defender el caso porque la fiscal\u00eda no puede ser capaz de demostrar que el conductor estaba bajo los efectos de las drogas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
